Our story
JJ Auto House was founded by two brothers who grew up under the bonnet — first helping their father fix the family car, then working for some of Sydney's biggest dealerships and specialist workshops. After years of seeing customers get burned by upsells, unclear quotes and rushed work, they opened JJ Auto House with a simple goal: run a workshop they'd be happy to send their own family to.
That standard hasn't changed. Every car gets the same care — whether it's a 20-year-old Corolla in for a pink slip or a modern Euro in for a major service.
What we believe
- Honest quotes, every time. Written quotes before work starts. No surprises, no "found another issue" calls without your sign-off.
- Do it right, once. Cheap shortcuts cost customers more in the long run. We use quality parts and proper procedures.
- Explain everything. You should leave knowing what we did and why. We'll show you the worn parts if you want.
- Stand behind our work. 12-month / 20,000 km workmanship warranty. Anything not right — bring it back.

The workshop
Our Auburn workshop is fully equipped with the latest diagnostic tools, hoists and specialty equipment so we can handle everything from a basic logbook service to a full engine rebuild — under one roof. We invest in technology because modern cars demand it, and we invest in our people because the best tools are nothing without someone who knows how to use them.
