Why rebuild instead of replace?
A quality rebuild is often a fraction of the cost of a new engine or gearbox — and when done right, can outlast the original. We assess every motor honestly: if a rebuild doesn't make sense, we'll tell you. If it does, we do it properly with measured tolerances, quality components and a clean, controlled rebuild process.
Engine Rebuilds
From minor refreshes to full ground-up rebuilds, we handle the lot — petrol, diesel and turbocharged engines across most makes and models.

Our rebuild process
- 1. Diagnose & quote. Full inspection and a written quote before any work begins.
- 2. Strip & inspect. The unit is completely dismantled, cleaned and measured against factory tolerances.
- 3. Machine work. Heads, blocks, crankshafts and other surfaces are machined by trusted specialist partners as needed.
- 4. Quality parts. OEM or premium aftermarket components — never the cheap stuff.
- 5. Rebuild & test. Reassembled to spec, run-in, and tested before it leaves the workshop.
- 6. 12-month warranty. Genuine peace of mind that the work has been done right.
